Pre-K Gets ready for St. Patrick's Day

Kids in Mrs Lisa’s class studied black history famous jazz musicians such as Louie Armstrong, Irma Thomas, Duke Ellington and Ella Fitzgerald by listening to songs and music they played and sung. To culminate the week, students played musical instruments while Louie Armstrong’s song “When the Saints Go Marching In” played. They even sang chorus to Ella Fitzgerald’s song “You Don’t Have A Thing If You Ain’t Gotta Swing”
